Alison Rachiell

Born in the heart of Las Vegas, Alison is a dedicated professional who has deep roots in Nevada.

After graduating from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) with a degree in education, Alison embarked on a fulfilling career in public school teaching. Her passion for nurturing young minds and shaping futures led her to spend several years in the education sector.

In 2010, Alison's career took an unexpected turn when she began teaching continuing education classes to Realtors in Las Vegas. This experience ignited a new passion within her for real estate and helping individuals and families find their dream homes and investment properties. Drawn to the dynamic and ever-evolving nature of the real estate market, Alison quickly transitioned into a career as a real estate professional.

Alison was assisting seniors in real estate almost as soon as she got her license.  Parents and grandparents of friends were downsizing into senior living communities. During the sales of these homes, she witnessed the frustration of the seniors and their families as they tried to downsize and declutter and clean out their houses for sale.  It was an emotional time that was made more difficult because of the lack of resources.  That’s when Alison did her research and decided she could serve her clients even better by opening a Senior Move Management® company. She chose to work with Smooth Transitions International because of their experience, dedication and their motto: Same Heart. New Home.

Alison is actively involved in her community, volunteering her time and expertise to various charitable causes and organizations.  Most recently, through Smooth Transitions Nevada she is sponsoring Safe Moves for Seniors®, a non-profit that will assist seniors in need get the same services that Smooth Transitions provides.  She is a firm believer in giving back and making a positive difference in the lives of those around her.
